Only payment methods shown in the checkout for your order are available. We do not list card brands, installment plans or wallets as accepted unless they are enabled for this store.
Payment questions
If a payment is declined or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact your payment provider or our support team as appropriate. Never send a full card number, security code or online banking password to us by email.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We process an approved refund within 10 business days; after issue, the payment provider usually needs 5–10 business days to reflect it.
